Cancellation Policy (Private Tours & Corporate Events Only)

This cancellation policy applies only to private tours and corporate bookings.

Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows (not attending the tour) are non-refundable.
In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly and I will do my best to find a solution.
Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g. Viator, Tripadvisor & Airbnb) are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
