Hi, I’m Adrian - your local guide in Warsaw and Krakow
If you want to taste authentic Polish dishes and visit the spots locals actually love, I’d be happy to show you around. You’ll discover rich culinary traditions, hidden gems and the warm hospitality that makes Poland so special.

How my love for Polish food and culture began
I grew up in the countryside, watching food being made from scratch and learning the traditions behind it. Later I studied food quality assessment, got to know the science behind flavors and spent years working in hospitality as a waiter, bartender and barista.
Meeting people from around the world taught me how to make guests feel welcome, read the mood of a group and create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I also danced in a folk group for several years, which deepened my connection to Polish culture and everyday traditions.
Today I live in Warsaw, but I still look for that same honest, down-to-earth feeling in the places I visit. Many of the spots on my tours are run by people I’ve known for years, so taking guests there feels like introducing friends to my favorite local places.
My tours are small, personal and unhurried. I want you to feel comfortable, enjoy good food and get a real sense of everyday life here - as if you were exploring the city with a local friend.
Why I created my own food tour
For years I worked as a guide for another company in Krakow and Warsaw and met people from all over the world who were genuinely curious about Poland. When I talked to them, I often felt they were missing something important - the real flavours, the warmth, the everyday stories and the small neighbourhood places that truly show what this country is like. They weren’t looking for a checklist of dishes or a rushed script; they wanted to feel something real.
That’s why I decided to create my own food tour. I wanted guests to have enough time at each stop to really enjoy the food and to talk. I also wanted the tour to focus on the places I go to myself, the dishes I genuinely recommend, and the kinds of stories that don’t usually end up in a standard script.
For me, guiding is a way to share the spots I trust, the traditions I grew up with and the kind of hospitality that feels natural to me. I want guests to leave feeling they’ve had a small, authentic taste of Poland.

What matters to me
These are the things that shape how I host my tours and the kind of experience I want you to have.
Authentic Polish food
I care about sharing the kind of food people in Poland actually eat: simple, traditional dishes from real kitchens and local spots, not places made for tourists.
Real local places
I only take guests to places I genuinely trust and enjoy, spots I’ve known for years where I know the owners and the atmosphere feels warm and familiar.
Meeting people
I enjoy talking with guests from around the world, hearing their stories and getting to know them over good food.
Caring for others
Travel can feel overwhelming, so I try to create a calm, friendly atmosphere where you can feel relaxed, welcome and looked after.
Everyday city life
I want guests to see the everyday city: the places locals actually go and the small moments that show what life in Poland is really like.
Memorable moments
My goal is to make our time together a warm, genuine highlight of your trip, something you’ll think back on with a smile.
